A bouquet of the wild mountain herb known as sideritis that is native to the high altitudes of Mount Parnon. You can clip the flowers, leaves and stems, simmer them in boiled water. Your kitchen will smell amazing. Your cup will taste amazing. You will feel amazing, this is "The Tea of Titans," sipped since antiquity for its antioxidant, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. When not using, keep your bouquet in a tall glass jar, your kitchen counter will benefit from its looks.

Here is Daphnis & Chloe's directions for brewing Greek Mountain Tea:

Use all parts of the plant – stems leaves and flowers are equally fragrant and beneficial. You’ll need 1-2 springs per tea cup, dosage on taste. With your fingers or with a pair of scissors, cut springs in 3cm / 1.5 inch pieces. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes in boiled water, covered. Strain and serve alone or with honey.
